AT HOME offers a practical way for all those involved in housing for black and minority ethnic older people to make sure that housing and housing-related services take account of the needs of these communities. It will help improve the lives of many older people from minority ethnic backgrounds by offering a way for housing practitioners to discover and tackle problems to ensure they feel at home.

Leaflets about the AT HOME tool are also available in a number of community languages to promote the involvement of service users in auditing services.
