This report represents the findings of a research study into the housing needs and aspirations of black and minority ethnic communities in Stoke-on-Trent. The aim of the study is to inform the development of a city wide black and minority ethnic housing strategy including addressing the housing and related needs of asylum seekers and refugees in Stoke. References to relevant literature and documents have been incorporated in the text throughout.
