This paper uses qualitative data collected in Birmingham exploring the diverse housing and neighbourhood needs of new and existing residents. The paper argues that housing and regeneration services operating in super-diverse areas must be reshaped to take into account the wide range of housing needs of all residents, and look to meeting their wider aspirations for home, if super-diverse neighbourhoods are to be stabilised.
