This report describes experiences of destitution amongst (mostly failed) asylum seekers in Leicester. It highlights a need for services to support asylum seekers, to prevent homelessness and health problems, including mental health issues. The report indicates that a failure to enforce findings from a previous survey has caused problems of destitution to continue.
