The Homes and Communities Agency are currently conducting a consultation on their equality objectives.  Although not legally required to consult on these objectives, the HCA have done so out of "a longstanding commitment to engage and listen to our partners and the communities we serve".  The consultation also takes into account the new responsibilities being adopted by the HCA with the closure of the Tenant Services Authority in April 2012.
