Sanna Markkanen is a Research Associate in the Cambridge Centre for Housing and Planning Research at the University of Cambridge. Since finishing her PhD, which looked at the opportunities in and barriers to appropriate paid employment for health care professional refugees in Finland, Sanna has worked on a number of housing-related research projects. Her key research interests include migration, social cohesion and different issues relating to ethnic diversity.
