Dr Nissa Finney is a Research Fellow in the Cathie Marsh Centre for Census and Survey Research (CCSR) at The University of Manchester. She is also a member of the ESRC Centre on Dynamics of Ethnicity (CoDE). Her main current interest is in where people of different ethnic and immigrant groups live, why, and why this matters. She has written papers and reports and several books including “’Sleepwalking to segregation’? Challenging myths of race and migration” (Policy Press, 2009).
